Pricing questions

Do I need a bank card to start the free plan?

No. You create the account and start working right away, without a bank card.

How do I pay?

From the subscription page in your account you choose the plan and period, then pay by card or mobile wallet through the Paymob gateway. We do not store card details on our servers.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You start on the free plan and upgrade when you need more modules or users.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. You can request a full refund of the subscription within 30 days of payment, under the refund policy.
